Trigea buys City Logistics Wrocław II

Trigea nemovitostní fond has acquired City Logistics Wrocław II, an urban logistics park developed and managed by Panattoni. The asset is the second city logistics investment in Poland in Trigea’s portfolio. The parties agreed not to disclose the value of the transaction.

7R sells warehouse park in Poznań to DWS

7R and DWS have closed a transaction for the transfer of ownership of 7R Park Poznań East II, a warehouse park with a gross leasable area of over 51,000 sqm. The price has not been disclosed.

Panattoni to build 150,000 sqm warehouse complex near Poznań

Panattoni has purchased just under 35 hectares of land and is to start construction work as soon as February this year. Panattoni Park Poznań A2 is to have a build-out area of almost 150,000 sqm. The development is to be situated near a junction on the A2, where the motorway crosses the S11 expressway. One building with an area of 82,000 sqm is to be occupied by a giant of the clothing industry while the remaining 62,000 sqm is being developed speculatively.

DFDS to lease 10,500 sqm in Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate

Developer has already leased out around 58,000 sqm of the total 61,000 sqm of Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate. DFDS, a company that offers comprehensive transport and logistics services across the whole of Europe, is to use almost 10,500 sqm.

GLP delivers its fifth logistics park near Warsaw

GLP has completed the development of another logistics park near Warsaw. The 24,000 sqm GLP Warsaw V Logistics Centre is located next to the Grodzisk Mazowiecki Junction of Motorway A2. The logistics company No Limit will be its sole tenant.
