A five-storey office building and a warehouse with a useable area of 23,000 sqm and a storage height of 18m is being developed as part of the project. The warehouse automation systems are currently being fitted in the building. “The project is on schedule,” claims Michał Skowron, a deputy CEO of Dekpol. The extension of the existing distribution centre also includes the construction internal roads, car parks, pavements, manoeuvring areas and other external fittings.
