MDC2 Park Gliwice is a modern distribution center located at the intersection of Poland's two most important highways A1 and A4. MDC2 Park Gliwice has received one of the highest certification ratings in Poland - BREEAM Outstanding New Construction. With a score of 92.6%, it is among the top ten certified industrial buildings in Europe.

The project consists of three buildings with a total area of nearly 59,000 sqm, located on a plot of 13.4 hectares. The investment was completed in the fourth quarter of 2023. Companies such as Rohlig SUUS - one of the fastest-growing, market-leading logistics operators in Poland and AFL - a global leader in the information technology market - have decided to lease space in the investment.

MDC² Park Gliwice is a modern distribution center located in Gliwice, on Pszczyńska Street, approximately 7 km from the city center.
