CTP expands Warsaw warehouse park by 67,000 sqm

CTP has expanded the Polish capital’s warehouse market by more than 67,000 sqm through the delivery of two new buildings at CTPark Warsaw South. This completion means the industrial and logistics complex in Mszczonów, near Warsaw, is now almost 90 percent complete.

Electro Cable Group enters Poland with lease at CTPark Zabrze

CTP has completed a 10.5-year lease for 11,800 sqm at CTPark Zabrze in Poland to Electro Cable Group. This is the first investment in Poland by Electro Cable Group, which is the largest Ukrainian producer and exporter of power, control, and data cables.

7R completes new logistic hub in Krakow

7R has completed the construction of the new warehouse located near Krakow-Balice airport. The buildings are already 70 percent leased. The project’s strategic location and environmentally friendly solutions have attracted customers from the e-commerce, automotive, and distribution industries. 7R City Flex Kraków Airport I comprises two buildings with a total area of 28,000 sqm.

LCube expands land bank in Poland

LCube enters 2024 with projects planned on purchased plots with a potential of 100,000 sqm and has secured additional land of about 65 hectares, which will enable the construction of another 300,000 sqm of warehouse space. Negotiations are also underway regarding another 20 hectares, which the company intends to reserve by mid-year. This provides a cumulative potential for the realization of over half a million square meters.

7R will introduce a battery energy storage unit at 7R Park Wrocław West II. This innovative solution is unprecedented in facilities of this type. It will allow for storing the energy and, consequently, a significant reducing of the carbon footprint.

Savills names new MD in Poland

OEX Fulfilio signs lease at Good Point V park near Warsaw

Real Management S.A. has signed a lease with OEX Fulfilio Sp. z o.o., a company specializing in providing e-commerce solutions, loyalty programs and POS materials. OEX Fulfilio has leased warehouse and office space in the production and industrial park Good Point V. The handover date for the space of 14,550 sqm is scheduled for Q1 2025.

Savills IM signs new leases for 30,000 sqm in Szczecin

Savills Investment Management has signed two lease agreements at Park Szczecin Trzebusz totalling almost 30,000 sqm. The new tenant of the warehouse centre in Szczecin is Autodoc Logistics. Furthermore, one of the current tenants, Hegen Europe, has decided to expand its space as part of the logistics park within the Savills IM portfolio in Poland.
