Accolade to invest in two new northern Poland parks

Accolade is to invest EUR 50 mln in two new warehousing parks in Western Pomerania in northern Poland – in Ebląg and Koszalin.

Westwing is to build its largest warehouse in P3 Poznań park

P3, the long-term investor and developer of European warehousing facilities, will build in the P3 Poznań park a dedicated 82 500 sq m facility with additional 27 000 sq m expansion option for Westwing. It is going to be the largest warehouse so far in Westwing’s distribution network and its Center of Excellence (CoE) dedicated to furniture orders processing and shipping to European markets.
