Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, is developing another distribution centre in the Warsaw area. Panattoni Park Konotopa III, planned to total close to 60,000 sqm, will be built right next to the junction of the A2 motorway with the S8 expressway. The project will be executed in several stages, and the tenants will be able to move in this September.
Over 4,200 square metres of space are to be delivered to a new tenant at MLP Pruszków II in the second quarter of 2020. MLP Group was assisted by a team of experts of JARTOM Real Estate in the transaction.

Panattoni has been recognised by the Eurobuild magazine as the Warehouse Developer of the Decade in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. The FM Logistic decision was influenced by both the very good location of the new Panattoni investment, located at Warsaw's Southern Bypass, as well as the developer's understanding of the tenant's business needs and the resulting flexibility. The new space will be adapted to the company's requirements and will allow the development of the operator's distribution activity in the Warsaw area - comments Joanna Sinkiewicz, Partner, Director of the Industrial and Logistics Department, Cushman & Wakefield.
Panattoni Park Janki III is one of Panattoni's latest warehouse projects in and around Warsaw. The facility is located 15 km from the center of Warsaw, about 14 km from Chopin Airport and 2 km from the intersection of the S8 express road and national road No. 7. The logistics center will be put into use in the fourth quarter of 2019.

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, is expanding its city logistics arm. The developer has announced the construction of another park in this formula – City Logistics Warsaw III with 25,000 sqm of space. The park will be situated next to the western section of the Warsaw Bypass. The first tenant is Trena Sp. z o.o., an online wholesaler and retailer of professional beauty products. The company has leased 9,000 sqm at the park and is anticipated to move into the newly built facility already in May 2020.
Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has completed nearly 17,000 sqm of space for DHL Parcel Polska. It consists of two distribution centres dedicated to e-commerce operations, built in the Warsaw region – at Panattoni Park Pruszków III and in Radzymin. Both facilities have been developed in line with DHL’s GOGREEN policy and have undergone BREEAM environmental certification process, achieving a Good and Very Good rating.
Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has laid the cornerstone for the largest logistics centre of Carrefour Poland in the country. It is going to be a BTS facility featuring in excess of 63,600 sqm. The project will be delivered in Central Poland in Rawa Mazowiecka. Completion of construction works is anticipated towards the end of 2019.
