P3 Bydgoszcz – Modern Logistics Hub in the Heart of Kuyavia

P3 Bydgoszcz is a modern logistics park located on Ernsta Petersona Street in the southeastern part of Bydgoszcz, within the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park. Proximity to expressways S5 and S10, as well as the A1 motorway, ensures excellent connectivity to key regions of Poland. The park covers an area of approximately 13 hectares, planned to accommodate two warehouse buildings totaling 66,600 m². The first building, with an area of nearly 8,000 m², is already operational, while the second, offering up to 36,000 m² of modern warehouse and office space, will be tailored to the needs of tenants from various industries.
Bydgoszcz, the capital of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, is a significant transport hub, connecting the south and east of the country to major Baltic Sea ports.
