MDC2 Park Gliwice is a modern distribution center located at the intersection of Poland's two most important highways A1 and A4. MDC2 Park Gliwice has received one of the highest certification ratings in Poland - BREEAM Outstanding New Construction. With a score of 92.6%, it is among the top ten certified industrial buildings in Europe.

The project consists of three buildings with a total area of nearly 59,000 sqm, located on a plot of 13.4 hectares. The investment was completed in the fourth quarter of 2023.
