Łask is a city located at a distance of about 30 km from Lodz in the eastern direction It is also the seat of an urban-rural municipality and a district. The population of the municipality is less than 30,000, of which about two-thirds in the city. National roads No. 14 from Łowicz - Łódź - Pabianice - Łask - Sieradz - Walichnowy (Wrocław) and No. 12 connecting the eastern and western borders of the country converge in Łask (it runs through Lublin, Piotrków Trybunalski, Sieradz, Kalisz, Głogów, among others). Provincial roads No. 473 in the direction of Szadek - Kolo, No. 481 to Wieluń and No. 483 to Czestochowa also start.
Interregional communication is supplemented by a railroad line with stations in Łask and Łask-Kolumna.
The property in question is located in the northern part of the city, at 8B Kolejowa Street, running along the railroad tracks separating Łask from the neighboring village of Wiewiórczyn. At a distance of about 300 meters there is a railway station. In its vicinity, Kolejowa Street merges with Żeromskiego Street, which in the adjacent section is a fragment of provincial road No. 473, and further towards the city center coincides with the course of national roads No. 12 and 14.
