Łask is a city located at a distance of about 30 km from Lodz in the eastern direction It is also the seat of an urban-rural municipality and a district. The population of the municipality is less than 30,000, of which about two-thirds in the city. National roads No. 14 from Łowicz - Łódź - Pabianice - Łask - Sieradz - Walichnowy (Wrocław) and No. 12 connecting the eastern and western borders of the country converge in Łask (it runs through Lublin, Piotrków Trybunalski, Sieradz, Kalisz, Głogów, among others). The property in question is located in the northern part of the city, at 8B Kolejowa Street, running along the railroad tracks separating Łask from the neighboring village of Wiewiórczyn. At a distance of about 300 meters there is a railway station.
