KF: AW Projekt has been in business for more than two decades. What were the beginnings of the business and what prompted you to expand into real estate?
PW: AW Projekt is a family business that was established in 2003. From the very beginning, we focused on real estate, which we understand very well. Our motivation for growth has been the desire to offer customized solutions, as well as the need to be flexible in our approach to projects. Over the years, we have been observing the market and developing our offerings to meet the demands that are dynamically changing.
KF: What spaces do you offer as part of your business and who are they aimed at?
PW: Our offer is very broad. We offer rental of commercial space of various sizes, from small office spaces to large high and low storage warehouses. This includes halls, maneuvering areas, storage areas and parking spaces. Our spaces are freely customizable, so we are able to serve companies in a variety of industries, such as logistics, manufacturing and retail.
KF: What are the key locations where you can find AW Projekt facilities?
PW: We operate primarily in strategic locations. We have facilities in Warsaw, Duchnów (Wiązowna municipality) and Swadzim (Tarnowo Podgórne municipality). Each of these locations has been selected to provide our tenants with easy access to key roads and logistical connections. Each location has its own unique features that enhance its functionality.
KF: Among your facilities, the warehouse on Chelmzynska Street in Warsaw stands out. What are its characteristics?
PW: The warehouse on Chelmzynska Street in Warsaw, in the Rembertów district, is a unique facility with an area of over 9,500 sqm, of which 6717 sqm is warehouse space and 2182 sqm is office space. The building is free-standing, with a reinforced concrete structure, which makes it versatile and suitable for a variety of activities - from manufacturing to trade to logistics. In addition, we have a spacious maneuvering area and a large number of parking spaces. Our warehouse is perfect for both one large tenant and several smaller companies. You can learn more about the facility here.
KF: As a family business, you probably have a unique approach to customer service. What does that look like in practice?
PW: It definitely does. As a family business, we attach particular importance to an individual approach. Each client has their own specific needs and requirements, so we try to be as flexible as possible. We always listen to our tenants and adjust our offer to their expectations. As a result, we gain their trust and build long-term relationships. Our cooperation is not limited to just renting space - we also help in adapting the space, advise and support clients at every stage.
KF: What are your plans for the future?
PW: In the near future, we plan to continue to grow both in terms of new locations and upgrading existing facilities. We are constantly looking for new opportunities to offer even more modern and customized solutions for our customers. We want our spaces to respond to the dynamically changing needs of the real estate market. I encourage you to visit our AW Projekt website, where you can find more information about our business.
