Sale of a Modern BTS Warehouse in Teresin by Trademarc Property Fund

Trademarc Property Fund has sold a modern BTS warehouse covering nearly 37,600 sqm in Teresin. The facility was developed in two phases: the first phase, completed in June 2021, covered 24,800 sqm, and the second, with an additional 12,800 sqm, was finished in 2023. The property was leased to a distributor of FMCG brands, small household appliances, and HoReCa products, tailored to the tenant's specific needs. The co-owner and asset manager of the facility is Griffin Capital Partners.
