Since 1996, Megabajt has been a leader in IT and GSM accessories sales, expanding its portfolio with brands such as TRACER, LAFE, NEVIQ, and EMAVO. With its new warehouse in Chlebnia, the company will be able to distribute computer accessories, LED lighting, household appliances, and more even more efficiently to major retail chains.

Advantages of the New Logistics Center
The new logistics center offers a strategic location, providing quick access to Warsaw and major cities in Poland. The facility stands out with modern technologies, including eco-friendly solutions and a BREEAM Excellent certification. The warehouse space is highly flexible, allowing tenants to customize it to their specific needs. Additionally, it meets high industry standards, featuring a storage height of 12 meters, a floor load capacity of 8t/sqm, and a fire load capacity exceeding 4000MJ/sqm.

Investing in the Future of Logistics
Hillwood Polska, the developer behind this project, is executing it according to schedule, with the first 50,000 sqmwarehouse set to be operational in Q1 of this year. The total area of the logistics park will be 88,000 sqm, making it one of the largest facilities of its kind in the region.
