The integration of Prologis Park Grodzisk into the company’s portfolio represents another step in Prologis’ growth within one of Poland’s most important logistics markets. Following this acquisition, Prologis now holds over 700,000 sqm of logistics space in the Warsaw region, making it one of the largest industrial real estate operators in the area. All buildings at Prologis Park Grodzisk meet the highest standards of sustainable development, confirmed by a BREEAM certification at the Very Good level. The company has announced plans for further enhancements aimed at boosting energy efficiency and improving working conditions. These include the implementation of a smart metering energy management system, the modernization of lighting with energy-efficient LED solutions, and the introduction of a license plate recognition system to streamline vehicle access throughout the park.

 

Strengthened partnership with Raben Group

 

Through this acquisition, Prologis gained two new customers and deepened its long-standing partnership with Raben Group. This leading European logistics operator currently occupies approximately 75% of the space at Prologis Park Grodzisk and also leases space in eight other Prologis logistics centers across Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, and Slovakia. “Prologis Park Grodzisk is a vital component of our distribution network in Poland and Central Europe.
