Świdnik, located just outside Lublin, is gaining strategic importance on Poland’s logistics map. Accolade, an international investor specializing in industrial real estate, is reinforcing this trend by developing a new built-to-suit (BTS) facility for the country’s largest private courier operator. Once completed, the investment will bring Accolade’s total logistics space in Świdnik to nearly 64,000 sqm.
