MLP Group announces €41 million bond issue

MLP Group has successfully placed €41 million worth of bonds, comprising an entire issue, with 35 investors in a public offering intended for qualified buyers. The transaction was arranged and conducted by mBank. The Warsaw office of global law firm Taylor Wessing provided legal advice to MLP Group, and mBank was advised by CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang.

First 7R Green Saver warehouse gets financing

Construction is underway for 7R's inaugural Green Saver product in Kąty Wrocławskie, Poland, aimed at reducing both CO2 emissions and operating costs. 7R Park Wrocław West II has just secured a total of PLN 87 million (€20.3 million) in financing from Bank Pekao S.A.

Panattoni hands over new centre near Lublin

CTP expands Warsaw warehouse park by 67,000 sqm

CTP has expanded the Polish capital’s warehouse market by more than 67,000 sqm through the delivery of two new buildings at CTPark Warsaw South. This completion means the industrial and logistics complex in Mszczonów, near Warsaw, is now almost 90 percent complete.

Electro Cable Group enters Poland with lease at CTPark Zabrze

CTP has completed a 10.5-year lease for 11,800 sqm at CTPark Zabrze in Poland to Electro Cable Group. This is the first investment in Poland by Electro Cable Group, which is the largest Ukrainian producer and exporter of power, control, and data cables.

Panattoni to develop a BTS of over 54,000 sqm in Szczecin

Panattoni has launched work on another project for the retail sector. A distribution centre is to be built in Szczecin with an area of around 54,500 sqm where up to 500 people are going to be employed. The development will be certified under BREEAM for a rating of Outstanding.

MLP Poznań warehouse park to be expanded

The construction of a brand-new facility at the MLP Poznań logistics centre, built-to-suit for HAVI Logistics, is already underway. The project involves developing over 16,000 sqm of new space.. The goal is to achieve a BREEAM New Construction environmental certification of ‘Excellent’. MLP Group has entrusted the role of general contractor to WPIP Construction. Completion of the works and handover to the occupier will take place in August of this year.
