The new park will be located just 14 kilometers from Lodz and about 5 kilometers from the A2 highway and the Emilia interchange, providing excellent access to major transportation corridors in Poland and Europe. The new S14 expressway also runs close to the facility, and the Intermodal Container Terminal, connecting China with Western Europe, is located nearby.

The first phase of construction will include 13,600 sqm of space. It is scheduled for completion in January 2025, but potential tenants can gain early access and start work inside the building as early as this December.

Ultimately, the Lodz park will offer nearly 30 thousand sqm of modern warehouse space, tailored to the requirements of the logistics, e-commerce and other sectors requiring efficient goods management. The building will undergo BREEAM environmental certification at the Excellent level. The project includes roof reinforcement for a photovoltaic installation, water and energy-saving systems, and solutions to improve occupant welfare, such as increased access to daylight and optimized office spaces for acoustics, air quality and thermal comfort.

Panattoni has already delivered more than 2.2 million sqm of industrial space in the Lodz region, with another 155,000 sqm under construction, the company's representative conveys.
