The 7R Park Poznań West facility was designed and built to the highest standards of sustainable construction. The solutions used, such as photovoltaic panels, a state-of-the-art DALI lighting control system and destratification units that dissipate heat from below the ceiling to the lower parts of the building, allowed the facility to obtain a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level.
