New specialists on board - 7R strengthens its development and leasing departments, in Poland

The warehouse industry was the fastest growing segment of commercial real estate in 2020. To meet market challenges and customer expectations, 7R's development and leasing departments are recruiting new professionals. Kamila Pruk has joined the team as Development Director, Magdalena Kostjan as Leasing Director and Danuta Dzierżak as Leasing Manager. They will concentrate their activities in central, western, and northern Poland.

7R boosts warehouse market in Szczecin, Poland

The West Pomeranian Voivodeship is strengthening its position as a logistics and warehousing hub for the e-commerce and light manufacturing sectors. There is also a noticeable acceleration of the nearshoring trend, which increases the importance of companies from Szczecin and the surrounding area in the European supply chain. One of the largest investments on the West Pomeranian warehouse market last year was the start of a 7R BTS project for Hultafors Group in Goleniów. The latest development of the company is 7R Park Szczecin, with its first confidential tenant already on board.

Żabka Polska and 7R to create a fully automated logistics center near Warsaw, Poland

Construction of a modern, fully automated center located in the vicinity of Radzymin, a town near Warsaw, started in mid-January of this year. The project for Żabka Polska, the largest convenience store chain in Poland, is set to be completed in 2022. The center is going to be equipped with innovative automated solutions, which will not only accelerate logistical support for stores and improve service quality to franchisees, but will also be environmentally friendly. The project will include a “high bay” storage facility with a height of 40 m. 7R is responsible for the investment’s development.

Tristar Acquires a New Tenant in Grodzisk and Announces New Investments to Come

The logistics company GTLS has signed a lease for over 3,000 sq m of warehouse space together with a back office, and will move to Tristar Grodzisk this February. It is another new agreement recently finalised by the team managing the Tristar project, a joint venture of Tristan EPISO 4 and White Star Real Estate. At the end of last year Tristar reported the signing of 74,600 sq m worth of lease agreements across the Tristar portfolio, which totals 162,000 sq m over five warehouse and logistics parks.
