Main HOPI warehouse to be built in the P3 Mszczonów park

Panattoni, the industrial real estate market leader in Europe, is completing the first stage of construction work on a distribution warehouse for OTCF S.A. The BTS centre in Czeladź is to eventually have an area of 67,000 sqm. The first stage of the construction work is to be completed in February 2021 and what will make the new warehouse stand out are all the different types of technology used to improve the sorting, picking and packing, and shipping of goods for all of OTCF’s sales channels.

2020 – a record year in Poland for Panattoni, with over 2.1 million sqm leased

Panattoni, the leader of the industrial real estate market in Europe, enjoyed a significant increase in leased space in Poland in 2020. Over the year, the developer signed lease agreements with such clients as Media Expert, 4f, InPost, Allegro and Phoenix Contact for over 2.1 million sqm of space – 800,000 sqm more than the previous year. This volume was achieved in spite of the outbreak of the epidemic in March and was mainly due to the e-commerce boom. The strong performance of the warehouse and industrial market was also the result of other new trends – such as the shift of production from Asia closer to the end consumer and retail networks securing the continuity of their supply chains.

Arvato Supply Chain Solutions in Poland leases almost 16,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Poznań IV for handling e-commerce goods for well-known fashion brands

At the recently completed Panattoni Park Poznań IV in Komorniki, Arvato Supply Chain Solutions in Poland has leased 15,600 sqm. The logistics operator handles the online sales of one of the leading international companies in the fashion segment. Panattoni Park Poznań IV, after the completion of expansion work, now covers almost 87,000 sqm.

Television operator to become new tenant at MLP Pruszków II

Brownfield, brownfield, brownfield!!! Panattoni demolishes former factory buildings to make way for new City parks

Panattoni, the leading industrial developer in Europe, is bringing new life to former industrial land. Through brownfield developments, the developer is entering into the circular economy, a move which is fully in line with its Go Earthwise with Panattoni policy of environmentally sustainable development. In this type of development, up to 90% of waste is recycled. The latest building to be demolished is the cement plant in Nowa Huta, where City Logistics Kraków I Is to be built with an area of 36,500 sqm. Additionally, a park is to be built in the centre of Konin on the site of a former grain elevator. Brownfield developments now comprise over 10% of all of Panattoni's projects and this proportion is very quickly rising.
