Poland is second most active industrial market in Europe

Panattoni invests in new warehouses near Warsaw

Panattoni announces another investment in the sub-Warsaw region on the S8 route (Białystok - Warsaw - Wrocław). This time the developer has purchased a plot of 12.56 hectares in the vicinity of Nadarzyn. Panattoni Park Warsaw South will be built there, with an area of nearly 54,000 sq m. sq m. The developer has received a building permit, and the construction of the facility will start in January 2021.

GIC expands P3 Logistic Parks platform through acquisition of 33 retail logistics assets in Germany
