The new logistics and production park is located at the A1 motorway exit at ul. Brzezińska, which also leads to the center of Łódź. Due to the fact that the project has already prepared a valid building permit, the ground works on the first building should start within the next few months.

The space in our latest investment in Łódź will be adapted to the needs of production and logistics tenants. In addition to large modules, we also want to offer space for local entrepreneurs. (...) Like all our investments, the newest one will also be developed using the so-called green solutions, which will be confirmed by the BREEAM certificate at at least Very Good level - says Bartosz Szewczyk, managing partner at White star Real Estate.

The logistics and industrial park will be equipped with standard finishing, min. modern LED lighting, presence sensors in the common parts of the office space, and outside buildings with dusk sensors and strengthening the roof structure to enable the installation of photovoltaic panels.

The new investment of White Star Logistics is the result of an agreement with Quantum A1, and the transaction was advised by law firms: Argon Legal and Sadkowski i Wspólnicy.
