Hatrans Logistics, a family-owned company based in Lodz, is one of the largest private customs agencies in Poland. The new space at Hillwood Lodz Chocianowice will enable the company to operate a bonded warehouse and a recognized location, which is an important part of their offering to customers. In addition, the company plans to offer customs process optimization and comprehensive customs services throughout the supply chain.

"We were looking for an easily adaptable module that would allow us to meet the growing demand for services. Importantly, location compatibility with our customers, who mostly carry out logistics processes in the southern part of Lodz, remained an important factor," explains Filip Grzelak, co-owner, board member, Hatrans Logistics.

Hillwood Lodz Chocianowice is a modern warehouse park of over 97,000 square meters, located in the southern part of Lodz. The park is located on National Road 14, near the Port Lodz shopping center and the city center, which provides easy access to key expressways such as S14 and the A1 and A2 highways.

"Our goal is to provide tenants with the best conditions for their business. Our park will house the tenant's logistics headquarters, warehouse and offices," says Katarzyna Żbikowska, business development director at Hillwood Poland.

The new warehouse is expected to primarily increase operational efficiency and enable faster processing of more orders. Axi Immo, which brokered the lease, played a key role in finding a suitable location that meets all of Hatrans Logistics' requirements.

Hatrans Logistics continues its growth strategy, focusing on providing the highest quality customs and logistics services. The new location at Hillwood Łódź Chocianowice is a milestone in achieving this goal.
