The WestSide Szczecin warehouse project was designed to meet the needs of companies in various industries. The building was divided to allow the separation of a minimum module of 3,200 sq m, access to which is provided by at least three loading docks and a gate on level 0. To increase employee safety, heavy traffic was separated from passenger traffic, which improves the comfort of working in the office buildings, under which trucks will not pass.

The investment will be equipped with technologies to reduce environmental impact and optimize customer operations. It will include heat pumps with air handling units and green steel that is at least 80% recycled.

The new facility is being built in the southwestern part of Szczecin, next to the new Przecław bypass. The location allows quick access to the A6 highway, the city center and the Szczecin-Swinoujscie seaport, which is about 15 minutes away. Completion is scheduled for February 2025.
