The agreement means that Mszczonów will remain the main base of operations for PepsiCo, a manufacturer and marketer of soft drinks and food products. Logistics and warehousing processes previously carried out by the company at several other locations in Central Poland have been consolidated here.

"Our central warehouse in Park Logicor Mszczonów is a proven facility, ideally suited to our needs. Its greatest advantage is its strategic location and its proximity to three of our five plants, which produce salty snacks and sodas and juices. The excellent cooperation with the owner of the facility also speaks in favor of staying here." - explains Marcin Chmielewski, national logistics manager, PepsiCo Poland.

The warehouse was built specifically for PepsiCo and in accordance with the needs of this company in terms of its high environmental requirements. "The distribution center has a BREEAM Excellent certificate and is equipped with numerous amenities," adds Anna Mazepa, asset manager, Logicor Polska.

Logicor Mszczonów is a modern Class A logistics park located southwest of Warsaw, consisting of six halls with a total area of almost 217,000 sqm. The complex is located near the A2 highway and the S8 expressway.
