The new tenant will occupy 19,600 sqm of space, which will be used for warehouse purposes. The remaining 3,400 sqm will be arranged for social and office spaces. A maneuvering area and parking spaces for four trucks and 130 cars will also be prepared for the comfort of work and delivery service.
The tenant will gain access to the new facility at the beginning of September 2025.
