Construction of a modern Panattoni Park Szczecin Dunikowo distribution warehouse has begun in Szczecin, at Wolframowa Street. The facility, located just 2 km from the A6 highway leading to the German border, is being built on the territory of the Dunikowo Special Economic Zone (Szczecin Subzone of the Euro-Park Mielec SEZ). The general contractor for the building is Harden Construction, which is carrying out the project under the design and build formula.

Lukasz Kozerski, chief operating officer at Harden Construction, emphasizes the uniqueness of the project: "The building under construction by Harden Construction is not a standard building. In addition to its complex construction, the building has to meet very strict fire protection requirements, stricter than Polish regulations stipulate."

The building, which will have a total floor area of 53,400 sqm, including 51,000 sqm of warehouse space and 2,400 sqm of office space, will also offer extensive 53,300 sqm of green space and a recreational area for employees. An additional advantage will be a modern heating and cooling system based on heat pumps, as well as planned photovoltaic installations on the building's roof. All of these solutions are aimed at achieving BREEAM certification at the highest level of Outstanding, which confirms the commitment to sustainable development.
