The total planned area of the facility will exceed 30,000 square meters, with part of the space being built on a speculative basis, making it available for other interested tenants. Construction of the building will commence at the beginning of Q4 2024, with its handover to tenants planned for Q2 2025.

The building, located in Poznań, will be certified under BREEAM at the Excellent level, emphasizing its environmentally friendly design. The facility will feature heat pump systems and photovoltaic panels, which will generate a significant portion of the building's electricity. Additionally, the logistics park will include infrastructure for cyclists, electric vehicle charging stations, and insect hotels, reflecting a comprehensive approach to sustainable development.
