New Investment by MLP Group: Eco-Friendly Logistics Center in Poznań

MLP Group has signed a long-term lease agreement with a Chinese automotive components manufacturer, securing 23,000 square meters of warehouse and office space in the newly constructed MLP Poznań West logistics center. This investment marks another significant step in the group's expansion on the European logistics real estate market.

MLP Group breaks another record in leasing activity

Polish warehouse developer MLP Group signed 48 contracts last year to lease a total of nearly 300,000 sqm of warehouse space, approximately 50% more than in the preceding year. The property portfolio managed by MLP Group has already exceeded 1 million sqm, with a further 2 million sqm under development.

MLP Poznań West to grow by 23,000 sqm

he new tenant, the identity of which has not been disclosed, will occupy almost 13,000 sqm of the new space, of which app. 12,000 sqm will be used for warehouse and production purposes and another 900 sqm will be office and social space.

MLP Group posts just under PLN 100m in net profit

MLP Group has released consolidated financial results for the first nine months of 2019, with revenue at PLN 102.2m and net profit at PLN 97.6m, up 237% year on year. Equity (net assets) rose 10.6% YTD, to PLN 902m. The total leased area grew by more than 30% year on year.

Eurotrading International moves into MLP Pruszków II

The distributor of electrical equipment, small home appliances, lighting and office supplies has leased approximately 4,500 m2 of space at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. The finished facility was handed over to Eurotrading International in September this year. The lease was brokered by JLL, a real estate services firm.
