Eurotrading International has signed up to a lease from MLP Group of 4,505 m2 at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park, including 4,280 m2 of warehouse space and 225 m2 of staff amenity and office space. The facility was handed over to the tenant in September this year. The lease was brokered by JLL, a real estate services firm. “MLP Pruszków II is a very efficiently managed warehouse park, offering prime quality infrastructure designed to meet various business needs. An added advantage is the project’s location – about three kilometres from the E30 Poznań route and one kilometre from an A2 motorway junction, providing optimal conditions in which tenants can pursue their business development. The mix of these factors prompted the choice of MLP Pruszków II by Eurotrading, which had been seeking quality space to accommodate its rapid expansion. In addition, the developer was able to make the facility ready for occupation at short notice, as expected by our client,” explains Norbert Kowalczyk, a JLL Consultant.

“Our logistics park is perfectly located. We also keep investing to expand its functionality and increase its appeal. Our efforts have been appreciated, helping us attract new tenants,” said Tomasz Pietrzak, Senior Leasing Manager at MLP Group S.A. For staff employed at the site, a self-service city bike rental station has been launched. A commute from the nearby Pruszków railway station takes just 12 minutes. Bus service No. 10 is available at the park, linking Domaniew, Pruszków, Parzniew and Moszna, and plans are in place to expand the local road infrastructure. Preparations are already under way for the first project to construct an A2 motorway junction in Brwinów, and another project will involve the construction of a road section between Domaniewo and Pruszków, linking provincial roads No. 701 and No. 718. The two projects will provide a convenient access to the Moszna industrial zone, enabling more efficient traffic management. MLP Pruszków II is a logistics centre located in the municipality of Brwinów near Warsaw, five kilometres from Pruszków.MLP Pruszków II has well-developed transport links with central Warsaw as well as the main arteries connecting the capital with other cities. The park is located between local road No. 760 and the A2 motorway, three kilometres from the junction in the Pruszków-Żbików area. The international railway lines located in the hub’s vicinity make for excellent logistics conditions both for domestic and international distribution.
