Under the new agreement, the company has leased Hall B with an area of about 91 thousand sqm, and will also occupy Hall C with an area of 34 thousand sqm in November. This will increase its presence in the development from 55 thousand sqm to nearly 180 thousand sqm. "The expansion of our tenant in Wroclaw South Logistics Hub is proof of the strong position of the Lower Silesia region as a logistics center on the map of Europe," - Damian Kowalczyk, development director at Panattoni, commented.

The Wrocław South Logistics Hub, located in Magnice, 15 km from the center of Wrocław, by the S8 and A4 highways, provides efficient distribution both within Poland and towards the western borders of Europe. Thanks to its strategic location, tenants can make deliveries to the borders with the Czech Republic and Germany in less than two hours.

Panattoni has delivered more than 2.1 million sq.m. of warehouse space in the Lower Silesian region, with another 168,500 sq.m. under construction.
