Panattoni Park Szczecin V is located 6 km from the S3 expressway and about 20 minutes from both the center of Szczecin and the German border. "The facility will allow us to efficiently handle processes in logistics, e-commerce, warehousing or light manufacturing," says Weronika Mioduszewska, associate leasing director at Panattoni.

The facility will be BREEAM-certified at Excellent level, according to the developer's standard. As part of the Szczecin investment, an LCA analysis was conducted, as well as a climate and flood risk assessment for the next 50 years. The building was also designed with a possible future change of use in mind.
