MLP Poznań West to be enlarged

MLP Group has purchased an additional 6 hectares of land adjacent to the MLP Poznań West logistics centre. This will allow the construction of another 30,000 sqm of warehouse space. As a result, the target space of the complex has increased to more than 170,000 sqm. The existing plot of land has already been fully developed, with all facilities 100% leased.

GLP Wrocław V Logistics Park to expand by more than 86,000 sqm

Panattoni buys land in Bieruń for new development

Industrial developer Panattoni has purchased over 4 ha of land in Bieruń, where it plans to develop a new industrial park. The company has already delivered two industrial parks in the area and will expand its presence on the new plot that is based close to the Stellantis car factory.
