Panattoni buys 26 ha of land near Bytom

Panattoni is undertaking another large-scale project in Silesia. The company has bought 26 ha of land and has launched work on its first development in Bytom, which is to comprise three industrial buildings. MLP Group begins 33,000 sqm speculative project near Warsaw

MLP Group has begun the construction of another warehouse in its Pruszków logistics centre. The new facility at MLP Pruszków II, being built on a speculative basis, will provide 33,000 sqm of modern warehouse, office and staff amenity space. It is to be ready for use already in February 2024. General contracting work has been once again entrusted to Pekabex. It is planned that the project will undergo BREEAM New Construction certification of ‘Excellent’.

Panattoni to expand Wrocław Campus with 30,000 sqm

Panattoni has launched construction work on Wrocław Campus – its largest project in Lower Silesia – where it has already delivered 185,000 sqm. The developer has just begun the development of a 30,000 sqm building. Upon its completion in Q1 2024, the construction of a further 130,000 sqm is planned. The development costs for the two new buildings come to €116 million.

Panattoni completes factory for Reynaers Aluminium near Warsaw

Panattoni has completed the development of a production plant for Reynaers Aluminium, a global supplier of aluminum profiles. It has been built in Żabia Wola just 35 km from Warsaw. The development has undergone BREEAM certification for a rating of Excellent.

RHENUS TAKES A NEW BUILDING IN SEGRO LOGISTICS PARK WARSAW

Rhenus Office Systems, a supplier and operator of modern business services, has moved into a new facility with an area of 8,500 sqm in SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn, which will soon receive the BREEAM Excellent certificate. The newest warehouse and office space is the second space rented by the company in this location. In total, Rhenus Office Systems leases 10,200 sqm in the logistics park.

Rohlig SUUS Logistics acquires in Czech Republic and plans further expansion

Rohlig SUUS Logistics has taken a 100 percent stake in Joppa Logistics, a Czech company specializing in warehousing services and groupage road transport. With the investment, SUUS will almost double its market share in the Czech Republic and strengthen its position in Central and Eastern Europe. This is the company's first foreign acquisition and its second in just a few months, following the acquisition of Polish company Expert, which specializes in last-mile deliveries and value-added services. The deal was signed on June 6, 2023, and the entire transaction is expected to be finalized in the coming weeks.
