Rohlig Suus Logistics leases 20,000 sqm at MDC2 Park Gliwice

Rohlig Suus Logistics have leased 20,393 sqm, which will include 19,773 sqm of warehouse space and 420 sqm of office and social space. The total area of the 3 warehouse buildings in the park will exceed 57,000 sqm.

MLP Group places €29 million worth of bonds

MLP Group has successfully placed €29 million worth of bonds with 36 investors in a public offering intended for qualified buyers. The transaction was arranged and conducted by mBank. The Warsaw office of global law firm Taylor Wessing provided legal advice to MLP Group, and mBank was advised by CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang.

MLP Group to scale up speculative development projects in Poland

MLP Group is starting speculative construction of around 75,000 sqm of space in total at its three logistics parks. The space will be delivered as soon as later this year and early next year. All the projects will be BREEAM certified.

MLP Group’s portfolio exceeds 1 million sqm

MLP Group presented the results for the first quarter of 2023. During the period, consolidated revenue rose 51% yoy, to PLN 94.7 million, driven by increases in both leased area and rental rates. At the same time, the Group’s EBITDA (without revaluation of investment properties) improved by 59%, to PLN 47.8 million. In the first quarter of 2023, MLP Group earned a net profit of PLN 26.1 million. Since the beginning of the year, the Group’s net asset value (NAV) has gone up 1%, to more than PLN 2.5 billion. The value of investment property also rose 1%, to close to PLN 4.5 billion.

SUUS strengthens its position in the West Pomeranian region and opens a new cross-dock warehouse in Koszalin

Rohlig SUUS Logistics, Poland's largest logistics operator, is opening a new cross-dock warehouse in Koszalin and significantly increasing its existing operational capacity. The company also relies on pro-environmental solutions in the new branch. This is another recent investment by SUUS in the West Pomeranian region. The logistics operator also recently opened a new facility in Szczecin.

Panattoni sells BTS in Uniejów to LCN Capital Partners

Panattoni has finalized the sale of a 33,000 sqm logistics centre in Uniejów, developed on a build-to-suit (BTS) basis. LCN Capital Partners has acquired its fourth facility within the K-Flex manufacturing campus from Panattoni. The price has not been disclosed.

Poland leads the EU warehouse market in terms of supply

According to a report by Newmark Polska, development activity across the EU continued unabated, with more than 20 million sqm of modern warehouse and industrial space coming onto the market in 2022. Poland topped the league table with close to 4.4 million sqm. Germany and the Czech Republic also reported high supply levels: over 2 million sqm and 1.1 million sqm, respectively. Poland is also on the podium in terms of demand.
