Panattoni completes 44,000 sqm BTS facility near Szczecin

Panattoni has completed the construction of a forklift assembly plant for KION Group, one of the largest providers of intralogistics solutions and warehouse technologies worldwide comprising brands like Linde, STILL and Dematic. The facility, offering more than 44,000 sqm in Kołbaskowo near Szczecin, has been delivered in compliance with the most stringent environmental protection guidelines.

7R hands over passive building near Kraków

BWI Group, a global automotive suspension parts design and manufacturing company, has moved into a unique passive building in Europe. The group's research and development centre will begin operations in Balice near Kraków, where advanced technologies will be developed to increase the functionality of shock absorbers. The developer, 7R, has prepared an energy self-sufficient facility for the company, using an advanced trigeneration system. The building will obtain a BREEAM Very Good certificate.

Gazeley to Adopt GLP Brand in Europe

Redefine's European logistics platform set to expand its footprint in Poland

JSE listed diversified real estate investment trust Redefine Properties (JSE: RDF) along with equity partners Madison International Realty and Griffin Real Estate in European Logistics Investment BV and in joint venture with its strategic development partner Panattoni Europe, will commence construction on a 50 000 sqm build-to-suit (BTS) manufacturing and warehouse facility for Weber-Stephen Products in Zabrze within the Upper Silesian metropolitan area in Poland. Weber is a privately held US manufacturer of charcoal, gas and electric outdoor grills and related accessories.

MLP Group secures EUR 30m for new projects

MLP Group has issued EUR 30m worth of bonds. The issue proceeds will be used to purchase land and implement projects to construct warehouses in Poland and abroad. On February 26th, the bonds will be introduced to trading on the Catalyst market.

Commencement of construction works at Panattoni Park Tricity South II

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, kicks off the construction of Panattoni Park Tricity South II. The first 25,000 sqm out of the 70,000 sqm planned will be available in August 2020. According to new data from Savills, Rotterdam is the most attractive port in Europe for logistics investment, coming in ahead of Barcelona, Valencia, Antwerp and Hamburg. Gdańsk, the largest seaport in Poland and one of the key container terminals in the Baltic Sea, may soon become one of the most modern in Europe thanks to Central Port project planned.
