7R solutions set to boost Polish Green Building Association think tank

Start of Phase 2 at P3 Poznań

P3 has built another sorting facility for InPost

Warsaw, 8 October 2020 – P3, the long-term investor and developer of European storage properties, has developed nearly 17,300 sqm of warehouse and office space for InPost in the P3 Mszczonów park. The facility serves as a cross docking center for InPost branches throughout the country and a sorting center for the key region of Warsaw. It also supports the operations of the main sorting facility located on the premises of the P3 Piotrków park.

And so was born the main distribution centre of the German online retailer, REAL digital, which has recently been certified as the most ecological industrial building in the world according to the latest BREEAM standards 2016 New Construction. The project of the industrial zones builder Panattoni and the investor Accolade was the first in the Czech Republic to receive an “Outstanding” mark and a record score of 90.68%.
