Is Świdnik becoming Poland’s new logistics hub? Accolade invests in the east

Świdnik, located just outside Lublin, is gaining strategic importance on Poland’s logistics map. Accolade, an international investor specializing in industrial real estate, is reinforcing this trend by developing a new built-to-suit (BTS) facility for the country’s largest private courier operator. Once completed, the investment will bring Accolade’s total logistics space in Świdnik to nearly 64,000 sqm. This marks Accolade’s third project in Świdnik – a clear sign that eastern Poland is attracting growing interest from logistics and e-commerce players.

Specjał Group Expands its Wholesale Network

SPECJAŁ, a leading FMCG distributor, has opened a new wholesale branch, its sixteenth, in Panattoni Park Lublin. It has also decided to relocate one of its branches to Panattoni Park Warszawa Konotopa II. The tenant was represented in the transactions by real estate advisory firm Cresa.
