Panattoni to build 150,000 sqm warehouse complex near Poznań

Panattoni has purchased just under 35 hectares of land and is to start construction work as soon as February this year. Panattoni Park Poznań A2 is to have a build-out area of almost 150,000 sqm. The development is to be situated near a junction on the A2, where the motorway crosses the S11 expressway. Panattoni is building in Koluszki

Panattoni partners with AliExpress for first CEE fulfilment centre

Panattoni has been chosen by Alibaba's logistic arm Cainiao to support AliExpress, the global online marketplace part of Alibaba Group, visited by hundreds of millions of shoppers each month. Its warehouse of over 10,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Łódź West will be devoted to servicing AliExpress sellers. The facility will serve as a fulfilment centre for AliExpress merchants shipping products directly from Poland and is the first major investment in fulfilment infrastructure made to support AliExpress merchants serving the Central & Eastern European Region. The centre will also play a strategic role in the company’s deliveries to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, and Austria.

Panattoni set to start on Bolesławiec park

The facility, which will be Panattoni’s 22nd park in Lower Silesia, will have a clear height of 12m and a floor load capacity of 7T / sqm. It will be located close to the Krzyżowa junction of the A4 and A8 motorways.

Tiberina and Nodium expand in Panattoni Park Tychy

Two companies, one from the e-commerce sector and the other from the automotive sector, have leased more than 38,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Tychy in Silesia.
