Commencement of construction works at Panattoni Park Tricity South II

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, kicks off the construction of Panattoni Park Tricity South II. The first 25,000 sqm out of the 70,000 sqm planned will be available in August 2020. The complex near Pruszcz Gdański will become the region’s window on the world – the proximity of the A1 motorway will make for easy access to the Czech border, railway lines will provide connections to Warsaw, Bratislava and Vienna, while the Port of Gdańsk can handle cargo coming in from places like China, USA or Singapore.

Construction works get underway at Panattoni Park Gorzów Wielkopolski

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has embarked on the construction of Panattoni Park Gorzów Wielkopolski, planned to total nearly 70,000 sqm. The site is 7 km from the city centre, in the vicinity of the S3 route leading from Szczecin to the A2 motorway, and has already secured its first tenants. They are Omnipack and Logoplaste Polska, taking up in excess of 10,000 sqm in total.

Panattoni extends City Logistics Wrocław I – stage one with 36,700 sqm taken up in full

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has fully leased out the facilities delivered in stage one of construction at City Logistics Wrocław I. The space in excess of 36,700 sqm has been taken up primarily by logistics/distribution companies. Now, the developer is embarking on the construction of new facilities, featuring 11,300 sqm and 10,900 sqm respectively. Their commissioning is planned for late Q2/early Q3 2020.

Panattoni enters Spain and Portugal

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, continues its expansion in the European market. Following the launch of the Netherlands office two months ago, another one is being opened in Spain for the Iberian market. It will be headed by Gustavo Cardozo Lupi as Managing Director.

Panattoni Park Konotopa III gets underway

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, is developing another distribution centre in the Warsaw area. Panattoni Park Konotopa III, planned to total close to 60,000 sqm, will be built right next to the junction of the A2 motorway with the S8 expressway. The project will be executed in several stages, and the tenants will be able to move in this September.

Panattoni sells 5 Logistics parks to Asian investor

Panattoni, European leader in industrial real estate, sells a portfolio of 5 logistics parks in strategic locations totalling 280,000 sqm to an Asian investor. This marks the Asian investor's first investment in Poland and the transaction was handled by Savills Investment Management.

Panattoni has sold Savills IM distribution center near Wrocław

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has sold Savills Investment Management a warehouse facility near Wrocław. The park with an area of 46,000 sqm was sold for around EUR 33 million. This is the third distribution center in Poland bought from Panattoni by Savills.

PERE: Europe’s ecommerce boom has only just begun

The European logistics real estate market has never been hotter, with a wide variety of local and global investors clamoring for assets to fulfil their allocations. Much of that sentiment can be credited to consumers’ increasingly enthusiastic embrace of online shopping, which is necessitating the construction of a new breed of fulfilment centers. US-headquartered developer Panattoni established its European platform in 2004, and has since built up a formidable reputation for delivering logistics buildings in central Europe, Germany and the UK. Panattoni Europe chief executive officer Robert Dobrzycki explains to PERE’s Stuart Watson how the company is hoping to ride the ecommerce wave into other European territories.
