GLP starts construction of 56,000 sqm warehouse near Kraków

GLP has started construction of a new warehouse in Niepołomice near Kraków. The sole tenant of GLP Kraków III Logistics Centre will be MCG EastBridge, a new brand from the Maszoński Logistic portfolio, marking the largest lease transaction in terms of square footage on the Polish warehouse market in H1 2023.

CTP leases 110,000 sqm to Raben Group in Warsaw

CTP has leased approximately 110,000 sqm at the CTPark Warsaw West complex to Raben Group, one of the largest logistics companies in the world. This 10-year lease is the largest transaction in the warehouse and logistics market in Poland this year, for which the Raben Group was advised by Savills, and was also a record-breaking agreement for 2023 across CTP’s entire portfolio.

Panattoni to build BTS facility in Szamotuły near Poznań

Panattoni has begun construction of a 9,500 sqm facility tailored for Air Spiralo, a ventilation systems manufacturer. The manufacturing and warehouse facility will be located in Szamotuły, near the company's main headquarters in Poland. The project is valued at nearly €8.4 million.

Construction of 7R Park Wrocław West II begins

7R has started work on 7R Park Wrocław West II. This is the company's first development made in accordance with its new decarbonization strategy. In this case, carbon dioxide emissions will be reduced by more than 50%.

MLP Poznań West to be enlarged

MLP Group has purchased an additional 6 hectares of land adjacent to the MLP Poznań West logistics centre. This will allow the construction of another 30,000 sqm of warehouse space. As a result, the target space of the complex has increased to more than 170,000 sqm. The existing plot of land has already been fully developed, with all facilities 100% leased.

ECE Logistics will receive 12,000 square feet from Panattoni in Zielona Góra.

Nearly 170,000 square meters of industrial space have already been delivered by Panattoni in three different parks near Zielona Góra. ECE Logistics has now leased space in one of these developments in the Lubuski region's administrative center. From the facility, the business will manage the logistics for an e-commerce client and serve markets in Central and Western Europe. BNP Paribas Real Estate, a real estate consulting firm, represented the tenant.
