Panattoni starts construction of new building in Bielsko-Biała

Panattoni has started the development of a third building with an area of almost 40,000 sqm in the Panattoni Park Bielsko Biała IV park. As much as 22,000 sqm is to be leased by Polmotors. The company is to employ around 1,000 people in a factory, which is to serve markets across the globe. Upon completion, the Panattoni Park Bielsko Biała IV development is to comprise three buildings with a combined area of over 100,000 sqm. The complex is almost fully commercialised.

Panattoni starts construction of Park Poznań East II

Panattoni has begun construction of a new park in the region of Greater Poland capital: Panattoni Park Poznań East II will be located near the A2 motorway and will comprise 37,000 sqm. The first tenant will be logistics operator GEODIS, occupying 8500 sqm.

Rohlig Suus Logistics grows in Lublin and opens modern cross-dock warehouse

Rohlig Suus Logistics, Poland's largest full-service logistics operator, is relocating its Lublin branch, while increasing its existing operational capacity in the region by as much as 30 percent. The new investment is a cross-dock warehouse, allowing, among other things, the optimization of costs associated with the delivery of goods to recipients in the so-called last mile.

Polish warehouse market to reach 30 million sqm

In 2022, the Polish industrial and warehouse market maintained its solid growth momentum despite headwinds such as project financing constraints and rising occupancy costs. The expected decline in new supply and shrinking land availability are likely to result in a supply gap in the space of the next year or so, says real estate advisory firm Savills.

CTP to build 119,000 sqm warehouse complex at Gdańsk's port

CTP is entering the Pomeranian regional warehouse market in northern Poland - the construction begins at CTPark Gdańsk Port. The Park is set to be the first investment in that region in the company's portfolio with an overall cost of €72 million, including land acquisition, and a yield on cost of around 10%, and will offer tenants two buildings with a total area of almost 119,000 sqm. The first phase of the project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of this year.

Panattoni delivers 9,000 sqm BTO for DHL in Wielkopolska

Panattoni has completed a new build-to-own development for DHL Parcel. The new owner will be making use of a cross-docking centre with an area of almost 9,000 sqm, which the company acquired late last year. The development in Kostrzyn is yet another built-to-suit centre constructed by Panattoni for the DHL group and yet another in the Wielkopolska region

Szczecin-based SUUS sets its sights on automation, value-added services and Scandinavia

Poland's largest logistics operator, Rohlig Suus Logistics, has opened a new warehouse in the capital of the West Pomeranian region. With this investment, the company now has 13,000 sqm of operational space in the region. In the region, Suus is betting on automation, including running processes based on modern elevator racks.

Cushman & Wakefield to manage NREP's warehouse portfolio

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed by BIK S.A. to manage a property portfolio comprising four logistics parks. BIK S.A. is a Polish logistics developer owned by investment fund NREP NSF IV and supervised by Logicenters – the logistics platform of NREP. Cushman & Wakefield will provide integrated asset management solutions including financial and accounting services and ESG strategy execution advisory for Logistics Centre Kraków I, Logistics Centre Kraków II, BIK Park Sosnowiec II and BIK Park Wrocław I, with a combined leasable area of around 80,000 sqm.
