Panattoni's New Investment in Western Pomerania

Panattoni has begun construction of a new facility in West Pomerania. Panattoni Park Szczecin V, located on Lubczynska Street, will have a space of 30 thousand sqm. The park's first tenant is Bidfood, a provider of products and services for the food service industry, which will occupy 8.6 thousand sqm at the facility.

LPP Logistics Warehouse Expansion: Planned Investments of PLN 450 million by 2025

LPP Logistics is planning a significant increase in warehouse space, aiming to expand it by 50% by the end of 2025. The logistics operator expects to invest 450 million zlotys to increase its warehouse space to 700,000 sqm.
