The new location at Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV will enable Prajo to further develop its warehouse operations, as well as improve its wholesale and retail sales of home appliances products conducted through its website. The company will begin operations at the new location in September 2024.
“Our presence at Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV opens a new chapter in the company's history, strengthening our position in the Polish market. The choice of this facility is the result of a long-term search for a location that will meet our expectations both technically and in terms of location. This is an investment that will allow us to optimize our logistic processes and further adapt our offer to the needs of our customers.” - Prakash Rekhani, head and owner of Prajo, comments.
Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV is being built in Nadarzyn, just 20 km from the center of Warsaw. Ultimately, the park will occupy nearly 100,000 sqm of warehouse space. Currently, the first of two buildings, offering 50 thousand sqm, is ready. The second building, with a similar volume, will also be certified under the BREEAM Excellent standard. Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof of the facility, and electric car charging stations and a bicycle shed have been built for the convenience of users. In addition, 78 trees and more than 6,400 shrubs will be planted throughout the park.
