Strategic location and comprehensive solutions

Polpack Zeus' decision to lease space at City Logistics Warsaw VII was dictated by the facility's strategic location near the center of Warsaw and easy access to major transportation arteries. The new location will provide the company with optimization of logistics processes, increase operational efficiency and facilitate the implementation of growth plans.

Within the leased space, the company will consolidate its key departments, including a central warehouse, pallet wrapper production, service, and a modern office of nearly 500 sqm on two levels, as well as a showroom. Operations at the new facility are scheduled to begin in January 2025. City Logistics Warsaw VII will also become Zeus Group's main logistics hub in Central and Eastern Europe.

Sustainable development and care for the environment

Panattoni, taking care of sustainable development and environmental protection, will implement a number of energy-saving and pro-environmental solutions in the facility. Floors will be prepared for induction trucks, and photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof. In addition, thermal insulation solutions will be used to significantly reduce energy consumption. Compared to standard solutions, the facility will use 65% less water. The investment has been certified under the BREEAM system at the Excellent level, which confirms its high ecological standard.

Panattoni's strong position in the warehouse market

The delivery of more than 5,200 sqm of space for Polpack Zeus is another success for Panattoni in the city park segment. In Warsaw, the company has delivered a total of more than 142,000 sqm of space, with another 88,000 sqm under construction. Throughout Poland, Panattoni's urban investment portfolio is approaching 600 thousand sqm, demonstrating the company's strong position in the Polish warehouse market.

"This is a location that guarantees higher operational efficiency and supports our growth plans. The new facility will allow us not only to optimize logistics, but also to increase the production of packaging machinery. On top of that, it is located not far from the company's existing headquarters, so the commuting time for employees will not change significantly,” explains Kamil Wolinski, Country Manager, Polpack Zeus.
