Due to the growth of LPP's brand sales network and the increasing importance of e-commerce, the company intends to spend PLN 450 million by the end of 2025 on infrastructure development. The plan calls for the warehouse space managed by LPP Logistics to increase to 700,000 sq. m., enabling more efficient handling of higher volumes and better management of deliveries to stores and online customers in nearly 40 markets.

"The entire period leading up to the establishment of LPP Logistics and our first two years on the market was a stage of adaptation. The uneasy geopolitical situation and changing consumer habits prompted us to look for a tailor-made operating model that would allow LPP to remain resilient in the face of unfavorable market trends. Today we are in a very different place than we were two years ago. We are building a team of more than 800 specialized experts, and including warehouse employees, 6,000 people work for us. Our overriding goal is that logistics should not be a brake on business development, but effectively support it," comments Sebastian Soltys, CEO of LPP Logistics.

In 2024, LPP Group plans to open 700 new stores both in Poland and abroad. The company intends to double the number of stores in the next three years. Currently, LPP Logistics' procurement and distribution network includes eight facilities, including three distribution centers in Poland and one in Romania, as well as a network of fulfillment centers for e-commerce. The current warehouse space of nearly 500,000 sqm is expected to increase by an additional 200,000 sqm by the end of 2025. A key investment will be the commissioning of a new distribution center hall in Brest Kujawski in the first quarter of 2025.

"The warehouse in Brest Kujawski, which was put into operation just two years ago, has allowed us to tap the sales potential of brands in Central and Southern Europe. LPP's sales network development plans for the next three years, prompted us to double the operational capacity of this facility and increase its area by an additional 85,000 sqm. It will be our largest distribution center. In the near future, our network will expand with additional e-commerce warehouses - one in Poland and one in Romania," Sebastian Soltys announced.
