Panattoni Park Łódź West II gets €25 million from mBank

Panattoni has been awarded financing to develop Panattoni Park Łódź West II – one of the biggest industrial projects in the western part of Łódź. A loan of €25 million has been granted by mBank.

Panattoni sells two industrial parks near Wrocław

Panattoni has finalized the sale of two industrial developments near the administrative capital of the Lower Silesian region. Together, Panattoni Park Wrocław East, and Panattoni Park Wrocław S8 South comprise a total area of almost 43,000 sqm. The price and the buyer have not been disclosed.

Panattoni has completed and officially opened a BTS facility for Vita Group, an international polyurethane foam manufacturer, within Panattoni Park Żary. The developer plans to expand the park by an additional 7,000 square meters, with the new space being adapted to the specifics of the future tenant's operations.

Martex leases 45,000 sqm in Logicor Będzin

Logicor, a leading owner, developer and manager of logistics real estate in Europe, has signed a lease agreement with Martex, a Polish distributor of spare parts for trucks. At Logicor Bedzin, Martex will occupy 45,000 sqm in a free-standing building.

Panattoni completes BTS project for Technoform near Kraków

Panattoni has completed another production plant in the Kraków region. Technoform, the leading producer of double-glazing components, is to use 9,400 sqm of BTS space. The centre is to serve markets in both Poland and the EU. The development was financed with an €8 million loan from Credit Agricole.

GLP starts construction of 56,000 sqm warehouse near Kraków

GLP has started construction of a new warehouse in Niepołomice near Kraków. The sole tenant of GLP Kraków III Logistics Centre will be MCG EastBridge, a new brand from the Maszoński Logistic portfolio, marking the largest lease transaction in terms of square footage on the Polish warehouse market in H1 2023.
