Brits with a debut in Poland

MSS Poland, a subsidiary of Bryden Capital group originating in Great Britain and operating in the energy sector, has leased 3.5 thousand sq m. sq m of space in the Reino Park Sosnowiec I logistics park.

7R after a record year

In 2021, 7R put into use almost 400,000. sq m of certified space, thus doubling the result from last year. In the last 12 months, the company sold 17 projects to investment funds and real estate companies for a total amount of almost EUR 400 million.

Carrefour for the third time with Panattoni

Panattoni starts its third BTS project for Carrefour. The investment with an area of 50 thousand. sq m will be built in Będzin in Silesia, in a standard that allows to obtain BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.

MLP Poznań West will grow by 90 thousand. sq m
