KF: All-in-One Logistics - this slogan seems particularly close to your vision of what logistics should look like to meet the needs of the modern businessman. What exactly is behind this notion?

BK: A service that combines to answer all the specific needs of an importer or exporter. Import and export of goods are processes that involve a number of entities and require the completion of many procedures. 3CARGO 's mission is to take the burden off the logistics of goods in international trade by organizing an efficient, optimal and safe all-in-one service. We take care of the transportation process holistically - from the moment the goods are collected from the shipper to the moment they are transferred into the hands of the consignee. Transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, repackaging, distribution to the final recipient - all these necessary elements of the logistics process are done by our hands, so that the entrepreneur can redirect time and energy to the development of his business.

KF: 3CARGO provides businesses with more than just comprehensive transportation services. Who is the all-in-one warehouse service offering aimed at?

BK: To anyone who has a need for physical handling of a product.

We largely serve SMEs that do not have logistics facilities. We rent warehouse space from as little as 1 m2 so that each customer can find a safe space for their goods. For example, the company rotates the product in the amount of 10-40 pallets. In this case, the organization of its own warehouse, forklifts and employees is not an optimal solution. On the other hand, its needs are too small for huge industrial warehouses. At 3CARGO, in accordance with the idea of all-in-one logistics, we offer a complete set of services - from the collection of goods through their storage, additional services such as repacking, labeling, packaging, foiling, palletizing, to distribution throughout the country.

We are also fulfilling our role for large companies, which especially now, in a period of economic downturn and problems in the automotive industry, have a need for short-term storage of manufactured stock. For them, the challenge is that contracting with large logistics warehouses is time-consuming and requires a long-term commitment. We, on the other hand, can respond instantly.

We also streamline the supply chain by freeing up transportation resources. How. We work for carriers whose trailers are blocked with goods that cannot be quickly unloaded or cleared at the customs branch. From 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., the carrier can deposit the goods from the semi-trailer into our warehouse and further dispose of the semi-trailer for further commitments. What's more, we can store these products under customs supervision pending customs clearance and, after the formalities, deliver them to the specified address.

KF: In what locations are 3CARGO's warehouses located?

BK:We have a Class A logistics warehouse in close proximity to the city of Bielsko-Biala - the Customs Goods Handling Center (COTC), and a Class A+ logistics warehouse in Piotrkow Trybunalski. Both of these locations are close to key national and international roads, ensuring fast and efficient transportation. Our warehouses are open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. - all the while customers have an experienced team and tools on site.
