In the first half of 2024, the demand for warehouse space in Poland saw a significant increase, with a 23% rise compared to the same period last year, according to experts from Knight Frank. At the end of June 2024, warehouse stock in Poland exceeded 33.5 million square meters, marking a 10% increase year-on-year. However, despite the growing demand, the supply of new warehouse space was limited, impacting the market dynamics.

Agrii Poland has leased some 2,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in the modern Hillwood Ozarow III complex. The company, which specializes in the production and distribution of seed, fertilizers, crop protection products and grain, has decided to lease a warehouse and office of about 300 sqm in this strategically located location.

Cogito EU, a supplier of parts for construction machinery such as Caterpillar, Volvo and JCB, has signed a long-term lease agreement for 4.5 thousand sqm of space at the modern MLP Gliwice logistics center.
