MDC2 Park Kraków South is located in Skawina, 13 kilometers from the center of Kraków and less than 2 kilometers from the A4 highway junction. The building, where the new tenants are operating, has received a BREEAM New Construction certificate at the Excellent level. MDC2 - a developer of sustainable warehousing and manufacturing space operating on the Polish market, together with the investor Generali Real Estate, finalized four lease agreements at MDC2 Park Kraków South for a total area of approximately 16,000 sqm. The companies have leased warehouse and office space. Located in Skawina, 13 kilometers from the center of Krakow, the warehouse park will consist of three buildings with a planned total area of 83,000 sqm. One of the buildings at MDC2 Park Kraków South (36,200 sqm) has been fully leased to global medical technology brand Stryker, while another building under construction will house logistics services leader InPost (11,000 sqm).

"We welcome aboard MDC2 Park Kraków South new tenants. The variety of industries they operate in is a perfect proof of the versatility of our project. Building 2, although speculatively developed, has been equipped with above-standard solutions, such as additional daylighting and increased insulation, which allows permanent workspaces to be located inside the building. It is therefore an excellent choice for companies engaged not only in warehousing or distribution, but also in light manufacturing in the broadest sense. We are confident that our modern space will allow Iris Galerie, Emerald, Libris and Theseus companies to grow even faster and help them achieve further success." - says Katarzyna Dudzik, Development Director, MDC2.

"MDC² Park Kraków South is part of our investment strategy of expansion in logistics and industrial real estate in the CEE region. In 2023, in partnership with MDC², we built and leased an entire 36,200 sqm building to Stryker. In April 2024, we built another building of the same size on a speculative basis, which is now 50% leased. At the same time, we signed a lease with InPost, for which the building will be completed by the end of 2025. We are pleased that the strategy of leasing two buildings intended entirely for a single tenant and one building for multiple tenants at the same time (as part of MDC2 Park Kraków South) has proven successful." - says Miroslav Nutil, Asset Manager, Generali Real Estate CEE & Nordics Region.
